CARACAS, Venezuela — The newly-convened Bible Society in Venezuela has rented offices in the capital, Caracas, appointed 11 of its planned total of 18 staff members and made arrangements for the distribution of Scriptures. The developments bring closer the resumption of full UBS work in the country, which was interrupted last March when the then Bible Society in Venezuela was disaffiliated from the global fellowship.
